Traducción jurídica y financiera que puedes firmar y presentar, válida en México y Estados Unidos.

I work with documentation where the words carry institutional weight — contracts, investment materials, governance structures, regulatory instruments, and estate planning documents with real legal and financial consequences. What I deliver carries the same legal weight as the original. As an ATA-certified translator and court-authorized translator (Perita Traductora) in Mexico, my translations are recognized for official use in both markets.

Documents that move money, transfer ownership, and bind parties across borders — in two languages and two legal systems, translated for execution, not just review.

These are documents where the words carry legal and financial consequences, where a single mistranslated clause creates real exposure, and where I read the context and structure beneath the text. My background in economics and years of cross-border legal work mean I read both the financial logic and the structural differences between common-law and civil-law drafting — not just the language.

For transactional counsel: Shareholder agreements, powers of attorney, corporate governance, and due diligence — common-law and civil-law concepts rendered so they keep their legal effect, no calcos, ready for notarization or filing.

For real estate and hospitality: Development agreements, hotel management contracts, brand licensing, joint ventures, and asset management — across the U.S.–Mexico corridor and beyond, where a mistranslated obligation creates real contractual exposure on both sides of the deal.

For funds and investment managers: Fund formation, LP agreements, private placement memoranda, and investor reports — read by someone who understands how waterfall logic and defined terms actually operate, not just how the words translate.

For family offices and private wealth: Trusts, succession, estate planning, and governance instruments — translated with the precision and discretion cross-border wealth structures demand.

Who I work with: Boutique law firms, real estate developers and hotel operators, investors, family offices, and private wealth advisors operating across the U.S.–Mexico corridor.

Regulated & Institutional

Healthcare, insurance, and benefits documentation — where plain language and legal precision protect both the institution and the people it serves.

Regulated organizations face a specific challenge: the documentation must be legally precise and accessible to the people who rely on it. A benefits notice that is accurate but incomprehensible creates the same risk as one that is wrong. I translate with attention to both terminological consistency for compliance and clarity for the reader.

Whether it reaches a benefits administrator, an insurance adjuster, or a patient reviewing a consent form, the document has to work and withstand regulatory scrutiny.

Documents I translate: Third-party administrator (TPA) and benefits materials · Veterans benefits and federal program communications · Patient-facing materials and informed consent · Insurance policy documentation and claims correspondence · Institutional compliance and regulatory communications.

Who I work with: Third-party administrators serving Spanish-speaking populations, healthcare organizations and insurers with bilingual member bases, and language service providers handling regulated content.

High-Stakes Localization

UX, digital platforms, and large-scale content that represents a brand in public — localized to read as if written in the target market.

Localization is adapting content — linguistically and culturally — so it reads as if written specifically for that market. A platform that is technically correct but doesn't read naturally creates friction; a course in the wrong register loses the learner. When the content carries a brand at scale, where every word is public, the cost of getting it wrong is visible and hard to undo.

I've localized large-scale projects across institutional, fintech, and professional-education content to that standard.

Content I localize: Digital platforms, apps, and UX for institutional brands · Professional certification and training programs for LATAM markets · Large-scale institutional content and publications · Fintech platforms and financial services UX.

Who I work with: Institutions with public-facing, high-visibility content; organizations running large-scale localization across LATAM; and language service providers needing specialized, premium localization.
